Fabio Grassitelli, 35 years old and Milan-born is the new chef of the Restaurant Devero. He is conscious that his nature from the beginning has been to mix different cultures and bring them to the table. In his work, he transforms the scents of yesteryear, those of home into an innovative and light cuisine that looks to tradition with respect and competence. He loves to promote and use products from the territory where he works with simplicity and precision. Chef Grassitelli loves serving simple dishes that are easy to eat but surprising in taste. Risottos are his passion, for him, they are a blank canvas on which to create.
